Refund and Returns Policy

There are no refunds on digital goods as they are delivered instantly. Please read the description carefully and be aware when purchasing a digital product. For audiobooks, we suggest listening to the Soundcloud sample before purchasing.

All merchandise sales are final. Items are printed when ordered and cannot be exchanged for a different color/size or returned for a refund.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at emily@emilymarch.com if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please include the order number, reason for the return request, and photographs of the defective/damaged/incorrect item as the manufacturer will require them in order to reprint the product. Replacements for damaged/defective merchandise are only available if you report the issue within 21 days of the delivery date.
